What is the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic covers organisation, teams, employee files, clock-in, attendance and leave, rostering, and reports. Advanced adds payroll, MPF calculation, and tax filing.
Do I need to install a time clock?
No. Staff clock in with a QR code on a phone. The system stores the time, and a photo can be kept with the punch.
How is the fee charged?
Every plan is prepaid for the year, and a one-time setup fee applies. Beyond the people included in the plan, each additional employee record is charged separately. Enterprise is configured around how you operate.
What do setup and support include?
We complete the basic configuration and accounts, and provide one training session of up to 3 hours. WhatsApp support runs Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:30 (Hong Kong time), with replies within 12 hours.
